Question: How can you add to a meeting agenda, either a committee meeting or Annual general meeting when the date, time, and agendas are already sent out?
Answer: Theoretically, you could adjourn the meeting and incorporate additional items giving the full statutory notice period. The secretary of the owners corporation does not need to include requisitioned motions once the agenda for a meeting has been sent but must include them on the agenda for the next meeting of the owners corporation.
