A Building Management Committee (BMC) is established via a strata management statement (SMS) to manage shared facilities on behalf of the strata schemes, owners of torrens title, and government bodies that fall within the BMC.
BMCs are typically complex in nature and require highly experienced licensed strata managers to effectively manage.

In 2007, Premium Strata took over as managing agent for our block of six offices and warehouses.
