Company Title
Company Title was predominantly used to manage units in apartment buildings before Strata Management was introduced in 1961. This form of ownership is no longer that common, and many buildings have converted to strata management.
Strata and company title are very different from each other. Both require highly specialised knowledge and skills, both of which we have at Premium Strata!

Whatever it takes
In 2007, Premium Strata took over as managing agent for our block of six offices and warehouses.
