For any after hours emergency repairs relating to the common property please contact the appropriate trade and service provider directly on the numbers listed below. Should the emergency be during business hours, please contact our office on 02 9281 6440 for immediate assistance.
Should your situation not be an after hour’s emergency, any after hour charges may be re directed to you. We therefore request that you assess if the incident is an emergency that requires after hours attention or if it can be addressed during business hours to avoid any unnecessary cost.

An after hour emergency trade list specific for your building is located on the notice board situated in the common area of your building as further assistance in the event of an after hours emergency.
