If you find our service lacking or identify a breach of duty within the initial six months of our agreement, you have the option to terminate the contract. In such instances, we will refund any one-off setup fees paid at the beginning of the term. In 2007, Premium Strata took over as managing agent for our block of six offices and warehouses.
