NSW Strata Law Reform Update

The state government is going ahead with its strata law reform. This article covers some of the proposed changes. The draft Strata Schemes Management and Strata Schemes Development Bills, available on fairtrading.nsw.gov.au, will be open for feedback until 12 August.
