Update on new NSW Home Building Amendment Act

The NSW Department of Fair Trading announced that the NSW Home Building Amendment Act and Regulations will commence in two stages. Most changes commence on 15 January 2015. Further amendments concerning contract requirements will commence on 1 March 2015.
