In February we featured that the NSW Government had bought in changes to laws which govern Short-Term Rental Accommodation (STRA).
These changes to the STRA have now been delayed until November 1st, 2021.
We are still hopeful that the NSW Government will implement a Short-Term Rental Accommodation Register by mid-2021. This register will require Short-Term Rental Hosts to register a premises once it becomes vacant online with the Department of Planning, Industry and Environment.
