May Newsletter 2016
Hello again!
Thank you for your positive feedback on our first newsletter! We are pleased it was so well received.
We continue to be busy with preparing for the legislative changes which are expected to be implemented later this year. We aim to be ready for all new requirements well before they become law, and as a result we are currently reviewing all our processes and procedures. In addition, our staff will undergo rigorous training with legal experts to ensure they are across the changes and provide you with the level of service you have come to expect from Premium Strata.
Once the legislation takes effect we will reach out to you to confirm how this will impact your strata plan. In the meantime, please do not hesitate to contact us in case you have any questions.
Please feel free to continue sending us your feedback and questions via email.
We would like to thank you for your continued support!
