This year has been incredibly busy at Premium Strata, and I want to take this opportunity to deeply thank our historical, recent, and brand-new clients and schemes who joined us in 2024. The industry has faced a series of criticisms — some justified, and others lacking constructive feedback. One thing is certain: the scope of service for strata managers is expanding. This growth demands a personal, premium, and knowledgeable touch as legislation and scheme complexities continue to evolve. At Premium Strata, we’ve always advocated for this by ensuring our licensed strata managers are well-equipped to manage their portfolios effectively, with reduced portfolio sizes to maintain quality.
I wish everyone a Merry Christmas, a well-deserved break for those taking one, and a Happy New Year filled with success and prosperity in 2025.
