Hello again!

Welcome to the latest edition of our newsletter. We hope you enjoyed your long weekend!

We would like to share some positive feedback we received from one of our owners. The owner's building was involved in a complicated insurance matter requiring very costly remedial works. Premium Strata lodged a claim with the building’s insurer as we thought the owners had good grounds for a claim. After several weeks of working closely with the insurance assessor and providing them with the necessary information, the owners were advised that the insurer had accepted indemnity. This was a fantastic result for the Owners Corporation. Jeremy, our strata manager, made a significant difference for this building. Using his strata know-how and detailed understanding of the building and the issues, he managed to secure the best possible outcome for the owners, much to their delight.

It is always nice to receive positive feedback on the work we do. To us it exemplifies what Premium Strata stands for: diamond class service. Having said that, please do let us know if you are not completely satisfied and we will do our utmost to assist you.

We would like to thank you for your continued support!
