In 2007, Premium Strata took over as managing agent for our block of six offices and warehouses. We were experiencing a number of issues that had been left to drag on due to our previous manager’s lack of professionalism. Leanne had these sorted in no time. She’s great with people, always contactable, and she gets the job done, whatever it takes. When the pressure’s on, it’s great to have someone around that you know you can count on.

Beyond the call of duty…
Leanne willingly took responsibility for an issue we were having with outstanding defects. She didn’t have to, but she did anyway. The situation was stressful and unpleasant for all concerned, but Leanne persisted. Her experience in managing cases like this was obvious in the way she dealt with lawyers, insurers and various consultants. Always very thorough, she follows up, and insists that any action is actually carried out.
