Legislative changes were to come into effect from 29 April 2015 requiring swimming pool compliance certificates to be annexed to contracts before such a property could be sold or leased.
Pool owners will now be granted a 12-month extension to make sure they have a valid compliance certificate, meaning they now have until 29 April 2016.
