Premium Strata is very pleased to announce that Stella McWiggan has joined the ever growing team as a Licensed Senior Strata Manager.
With Stella we gained another highly experienced strata manager. Stella brings with her over 15 years’ experience in the Real Estate and Property Industry, from Design and Facilities Management to Strata and Implementation of legislative governance.
Her disciplines are varied including Community and Neighbourhood Associations, Residential Strata Schemes and Company Titles, Building Management Committees, and Commercial, Industrial, and Mixed Use Schemes.
Stella most recently worked for Body Corporate Services (BCS) Strata Management.
